Looking at a Kingdom
located high in the sky
white brick fences
surround the castle’s structure
 
It stand overlooking
everything below it
There are mountains to the left
a horse nursery to the right
 
Fish swim freely around the pond
Mustangs run wild in its fields
civilians ride around on chariots
golden rays of sunlight cover all
 
Where a castle once stood
is now living with trees
mountains have become taller
and a civilization has faded away
 
Much like our kingdom has undergone
time pushes onward
everything always changes
except the human imagination
