Vicki Gunn is representing the Christian Heritage Party for York-Simcoe in the federal election.

Ms Gunn was the party’s candidate in both the 2004 and 2006 elections.

A resident of Sharon since 1978, Mrs. Gunn is also the CHP’s executive director and national campaign training director, meaning she will be travelling extensively throughout the campaign assisting other CHP candidates.

“I am concerned over the gradual decline in our right to speak and believe freely without interference from government and non-governmental organizations,” Gunn says.

The national debt must be dealt with, she said.

The Tories have paid “lip service” with a paltry $3 billion annual budget for the debt, she added.

The CHP would implement an infrastructure stimulus package, modeled after a plan used after the Second World war and would order the Bank of Canada to loan, interest free, money to provinces and municipalities to improve their infrastructure.
