The Unionville-Milliken Strikers 97 boys Strikers Red captured the Can-Am Soccer Tournament in Aurora for the third straight year after edging the North Mississauga Panthers 1-0 on the strength of a golden goal in the title tilt.

The Strikers lost their first game to the Panthers 2-1, but rallied to defeat two Aurora entries by 4-1 scores and the North London Lightning Spurs 3-2.
