It’s time to celebrate your community newspaper.

We want to make sure The Citizen continues to be your best local newspaper.

Let us know what matters most to you when it comes to community news and information by taking part in our online survey at yorkregion.com.

By providing us with your valued insight, you’ll be entered in a draw for some great prizes in the process.

Prizes include:
• Overnight stay for two, breakfast included, at the luxurious Briars Resort in Jackson’s Point;
• Bell Mobility cellphone package;
• Overnight accommodation for two, including brunch and $100 toward dinner at Katsura Restaurant, at the Westin Prince Hotel in North York;
• Four tickets to the Nov. 5 grand opening performance at Richmond Hill’s Centre for the Performing Arts;
• Four tickets to the Oct. 18 York Region Celebration of the Arts Gala and;
• Four day passes to Canada’s Wonderland.

“We value our readers’ opinions and want to ensure our papers remain enjoyable to read and enhance our readers’ lives,” said York Region Media Group publisher and Metroland Media Group vice-president Ian Proudfoot.

The survey will take less than 15 minutes to complete.

Simply click on the Celebrate Your Community Newspaper Survey button on the home page at yorkregion.com or on any of our site’s community pages to get to survey.

If you don’t have access to the Internet, call the newspaper office at 905-881-3373 and we will mail you one. Be sure to complete the survey by Aug. 28.
