Re: Second women’s shelter coming, Nov. 6.
Chris Traber’s story hit home as women who are single in York have nowhere to go, at times.
We live off the money we can make. I think it is so great he wrote a story for readers to see what is really going on.
We really have a problem in this town and no one is doing a thing, not even local politicians.
I have written letters and mentioned this before, but I guess politicians can just keep taking more of our tax money and still give us excuses. I am so sick of this situation and I see huge problems down the road.
Perhaps someone will make this an important issue.
It’s amazing to me how we have so many other people in the world who need our help, yet we can’t get help in our own town.
Keep writing stories such as this one so the word will get out and someday, someone will do something.
