Re: Breastfeeding battle enters pool, Nov. 2.

I am a big advocate of breastfeeding.

I have three small children and have breastfed all of them. I have also worked on various York Region health campaigns, educating and promoting breastfeeding in York Region.

Having said this, I think the breastfeeding protest at AquaCentre was utterly ridiculous.

I do not fault owner Ellie Karkouti for her actions. She is simply a business owner doing what she thinks is best for her business.

If we attacked all our local business owners in such a way, what kind of town would we have?
