Do you have a custom, classic or antique car?
Stouffville Royal Canadian Legion wants to see it on its parking lot for cruise nights starting Tuesday.
From 5 to 8 p.m., you can check out the cars and enjoyed the branch’s barbecue.
Funds raised go to legion charities.
And it’s not a one-night deal.
The cruises go every second Tuesday night through the middle of October.
“We want people to come out with their cars,” organizer Bob Bradley said.
“And we want others to stop by and to bring their kids, too.”
Bill Brown, who owns a garage full of classics, doesn’t see any reason the parking lot can’t be full.
“There are enough nice cars in Stouffville alone,” he said.
Cruise nights have been tested at the branch, but this is the first year a full schedule has been attempted.
The branch is on the Ninth Line just north of Main Street.
